Take Your First Step Towards Becoming a Mentor and Part of The Reconnection Worldwide Teaching Team!
Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection are for many the ultimate empowerment. Following our very popular seminars around the world in the past years, we have had numerous requests for a Mentor Program for those who would like to grow with The Reconnection and be a master representative of this work in their community.
We are now offering a unique four-day Mentor Entry Qualification Module (MEQ) in Melbourne, Australia, where we will provide you with the tools to take this great step forward.
The seven-day event will give you the information needed on your path to becoming a successful Reconnective Healing Mentor and coach to other practitioners. You will also have the chance to demonstrate to us the skills you exhibit to potentially assist as a Teaching Assistant at our seminars.
Upon successful completion of this Entry Module, you will be eligible to start your Mentor Internship. During this Internship you will receive additional training and the opportunity to assist on the floor at some of our seminars and receive feedback on your growth and performance. The length of the Internship will depend on the individual progress made in your personal development plan. Graduation to the Mentor level will culminate with a final review with Eric Pearl.
Mentor Entry Qualification Event, Thursday-Wednesday, August 2nd – 8th.
Track 1: Philosophy and Coaching Skills on Thursday, August 2nd
Track 2: Level I/II & III Seminar: Reconnective Healing & The Reconnection on Friday through Tuesday, August 2nd – August 7th.
Track 3: Mentor Practice Development on Wednesday, August 8th
Day 1: Philosophy and Coaching Skills
An interactive qualification course designed to improve the way you speak about Reconnective Healing and share the work in your community. This course will give you the tools, confidence and a plan to help you spread the word about this amazing work. We will also review your understanding of the philosophy that is Reconnective Healing and help you develop coaching skills to utilize while teaching at seminars and mentoring private clients.
Day 2-6: Practical Application in an Actual Seminar Environment
A two-day observation format that will allow The Reconnection teaching team to witness the talent and skills of the MEQ candidates during a Semi-Private Level III Seminar. Development plans will be created for those who demonstrate a clear understanding of the philosophy and successfully complete this part of the program. Upon completion your training will continue at additional seminars that you choose to attend.
Day 7: Practice Development
The Mentor Entry Qualification Module commences with a full day Practice Building Seminar. This program will cover the necessary steps to develop your own practice and will provide you with the action steps essential to motivate and represent yourself as a successful Practitioner Mentor and a review of your performance at the actual seminar.
Prerequisites for Mentor Entry Qualification: Successful completion of the Level I/II & III Seminars and your Reconnection completed by a Level III practitioner in good standing. All candidates must have basic command of the English language and be a practitioner in good standing. This means you do not practice nor recommend energy modalities and adhere to the marketing and practice guidelines of the Reconnection™ including the use of appropriate domain and e-mail names. Currently presentations cannot go beyond the 15-minute speaking limit and all media must be authorized and approved by the main office. Additionally, you must have facilitated a minimum of nine Reconnections and nine Healing Sessions and demonstrate an acceptable level of quality of this work. Mentor status will be awarded upon mastery of all skills necessary for this role and Eric and his Mentor Training Team will grant that final approval.
